Policy overview
Due to the nature of research-use products, Dakota Peptology generally treats delivered orders as final sale. We do not accept routine product returns, but we may review and approve a replacement, reshipment, or refund when an order arrives damaged, contains the wrong items, or is reasonably confirmed lost in transit.
To help us review a request quickly, customers should contact Dakota Peptology as soon as possible after delivery or once a shipping issue becomes clear. Supporting details such as the order number, photos, and shipping updates may be required.
