Refund & Return Policy

Dakota Peptology is committed to delivering research products with care and a dependable customer experience. Because of the nature of our products, returns are limited and all requests are reviewed under the policy below.

Policy overview

Due to the nature of research-use products, Dakota Peptology generally treats delivered orders as final sale. We do not accept routine product returns, but we may review and approve a replacement, reshipment, or refund when an order arrives damaged, contains the wrong items, or is reasonably confirmed lost in transit.

To help us review a request quickly, customers should contact Dakota Peptology as soon as possible after delivery or once a shipping issue becomes clear. Supporting details such as the order number, photos, and shipping updates may be required.

Returns and non-returnable items

For quality, handling, and safety reasons, Dakota Peptology does not accept product returns once an order has been delivered. We also do not accept returns based on customer preference, ordering mistakes made by the customer, or issues arising from improper handling after delivery.

Delivered Orders Are Generally Final

Routine returns and exchanges are not available for research-use products once delivered.

Opened or Improperly Handled Items

Items that have been opened, used, or stored outside proper conditions are not eligible for return.

Customer Order Errors

Orders placed with the wrong product, quantity, or shipping details may not qualify for refund after processing.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact Dakota Peptology within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos showing the shipping label, packaging, and affected items.

Lost packages and shipping delays

If a package appears lost in transit, we may ask you to allow time for carrier review and tracking updates. If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, or a shipment is reasonably confirmed lost, Dakota Peptology may provide an updated delivery estimate, reship the order, or issue a refund where appropriate.

Cancellations and order changes

If you need to cancel or update an order, contact us immediately. We may be able to make changes before the order is processed or shipped, but once fulfillment has started or a package has been dispatched, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.

If an order is materially delayed before shipment, Dakota Peptology may provide a revised shipping estimate and, where applicable, an opportunity to cancel for a prompt refund.
